I know what you mean - I unsuspectingly did Laugh floor las year - luckily only DH got picked. Absolutely loved the show but would have been mortified had I been picked out

oh no! poor you ! this sounds like my worst nightmare! Where was this? x
Think it was 2013 or 14. It was part of the character procession. There are photos and video somewhere but hopefully lost in time

Sit at the back for laugh the floor. I think that guy is usually near the front.

For the others just say no or offer up one of your family instead. That’s how I got out of going up for panto when I was a kid. Made my cousin do it.

I was that "volunteer"at The Horror Make up Show in Universal.I sat at the back in the middle of the row and felt quite safe that I wouldn't be picked, nope, the guy headed right for me.I think I was already picked out before the show went in as I screamed when someone touched me with a fake arm, lol nowhere is safe.😀

I was picked to be Randall in the laugh floor. I had to just keep ducking down.

Maybe in Monsters Inc there are some "safe" seats and if you spoke to a CM on the way in they would help? You would think they would have come across this before and have a plan for it.

Agree, as soon as I saw that people were being picked I was horrified! Thankfully I was sitting at the end of my row, so could just get up and leave without climbing over guests.

Totally agree. I’ve only seen it once and cringed the whole way through in case I was chosen. I refuse to see it again!

I don’t think you’d have an issue at Hoop de Doo Review, there will be lots of people putting themselves forward. I panic at the idea of having to participate but really enjoys this show.

Monsters inc (dh was ‘that guy’ once and loved it) it’s easy to avoid being picked. We’ve seen the show that many times now and you just avoid certain areas I think it’s the seats with the lamps if I remember right.

I'm one who tries to avoid being picked but wherever we go for some reason my son Sam get's picked, including being one of the kids in the old Shamu show and luckily he doesn't mind...we've had some very funny moments watching him though
