Universal when you're not going to Horror Nights - Eating in Cafe 4?
We're heading to Orlando in Oct, and the 19th is our son's birthday.
We're staying offsite, but wondering about treating ourselves to the night of the 18th in one of the hotels that give express passes. Then we can have 18th/19th in the parks with the express passes, and wake up onsite on his birthday, and take advantage of the early opening to get to whatever rides he most wants to do. I was pondering booking the Marvel Character dining at Cafe 4 for dinner on the 19th, but I'm wondering whether Halloween Horror Nights will affect the plan to enjoy the parks (we don't intend to attend, as the kids are only 9 and 11) or to be able to be in IOA at dinner time. Do both parks close early for HHN? |

It won't affect it at all. HHN is only in Universal after 5pm not Islands of Adventure
