Can't access the Dibb on 4G (in Orlando now)

In Orlando now, roaming on my mobile phone with AT&T.

Had a really weird issue start happening today when trying to get on the Dibb - if I'm on 4G I get a "404 Not Found - The page that you have requested could not be found." error. If I switch to wifi it loads perfectly well. If I switch back to 4G then the 404 error comes back. Other websites don't have an issue with loading when I'm on 4G, it's just the Dibb...

Did my 4G get blocked from accessing the Dibb or something? Not quite sure what to make of this as it was working perfectly fine yesterday!

And very oddly it seems to have been resolved today! I'm glad as it means I can now Dibb while queueing or waiting for stuff inside or outside the parks.

I e had problems with three all day , mde is also a pain in the backside. Do t know how many people queued today at reception as none of us could see any dining credits again. Yachts answer was not our problem email IT!

I've been using the $9/99 Cheopo pay asyou go Walmart phone we have
Have had no issues with it in uneversal Sea World or Busch got no service in Disney springs but that's nothing new
