MH, I think you are sailing too close to the wind, watch out for the suspended account monitor.

I would be happy for you to have any surgical procedure you want but think you should have psychological assessment first followed by several years counselling and psychotherapy.

I'd suggest a combined treatment. Use the extra chin to do the enlargement, then use the hair from around the enlarged area for the transplant. I presume you have a naturally curly head of hair?

At first I thought you meant your ego for numero 3, afore I realised you were talking about your prostate (or perhaps prostrate in your instance... ), but why would you want to enlarge that? If you wait a bit longer age will do that for you naturally... strange man
