I only went to the hairdresser twice a year so not an issue. I dye my own hair too so roots are fine at present.

It also doesn't get as dirty as less pollution around so I wash it less plus i leave it to dry naturally and dont use products on it.
Perhaps just go with the flow and let your hair become healthy by not drying it

I'm tying mine up and using those fake curly bun things. I'm actually using the darker one which I bought in error. Every cloud eh?

😂😂😂 roll on 4th July! I’m half respectable- my roots are down but no highlights. And I’m in desperate need of a cut - look like one of the bee gee’s at the minute. It’s tied up permanently

Funny thing is I have done this and my kids (17 and 18) didn’t know my hair was naturally curly (Loose curls rather than tight!)

Mine’s awful, I had an appointment the day they closed and was already 2 weeks overdue for a cut and colour. It’s usually a short bob with fringe so is at that annoying stage where it’s too short still to tie everything back but my fringe is down to my lips!
Add in grey roots at the front and dark roots at the back and I look a right state. Not helped as I teach online. I’ve had to just accept it and go with the flow- hoping for one of the first appointments when they reopen- they’ve said they will take them in order of missed appointments.

I didn’t think mine was too bad, until my son said i looked like his nan! 🤬
No fringe so not worried about the cut, just my colour! I will wait and hope the salon can open before i have to go back to the office to work!

mine is a total mess. i wear it short in a pixie cut so now it has no shape but no where near long enough to tie up. It is also so fine and dry. i is growing up and out not down so I look like the comedian Milton Jones from mock the week !

My hairdresser told me what box dye to get for root touch up, done it twice now! Apart from needing the ends cut it’s not to bad, did consider letting my roots grow out but after 5 weeks caved & bought the box dye 😂
