When are you going though? Electric Umbrella is still open right now, and it shows opening times until April 30, so very good chance it won't actually close until May 1.

Ah bummer - then you'll just miss it! Good news is that Regal Eagle should definitely be open by then - so at least that's one more in-park option besides Sunshine Seasons.

Look at Hurricane Hannas at the Beach Club. Its on the path by the lake and part of the BC pool area, but accessed through the public area and open to all.

Lovely food and location.
