Premiere Inn Runner Lane, which one?
We have always stayed at the Radisson but someone there has lost the plot on the pricing
So Premier Inn it is! I know they are all the same but the 2 at Manchester as so close and the same price. Is there a better one? Thanks

For us it’s the North one. We also used the Radisson but when needing 2 rooms the quotes over £500 ruled it out. Had better plans for the money.

We always stayed in the Radisson too, but we stayed in the North Premier Inn last month and last year, its handy as it has a Costa, not sure if the other one has aircon. Good breakfast and dinner, definitely recommend it.

Stayed at both Runger lanes as well as the Heald green one.
The main differences are the bed configuration. The south have 2 doubles in the family rooms where as the north have a double and a sofa bed made into 2. The south also has a shower and no bath. I found the south to have bigger rooms but they might have just been the ones we stayed in? I would probably go for the cheapest if none of these things are an issue. Also, the Heald Green one has free parking and a direct train from the airport (5 mins) if that’s of interest. Where as the north and south cost £10 a night. We must of got lucky with our Raddison Blu booking as we’ve payed £127 for a standard double with breakfast in August. Kat

Handforth PI is also good, about 10 mins from the airport, free parking and a really nice pub attached x

Exactly, I need a clean bed for a few hours, we grabbed a bargain at £26 a room. We were taking our family to celebrate our anniversary so needed a double and a family room. Radisson wanted over £300 for the family room ! alone.
Money saved bought a lovely family meal and treats over in Orlando |

South ones are bigger because of the shower room layout, therefore opposite the sink area, against the other wall, is a large space to stash all your cases.
Premier Inn family rooms are great, my biggest issue with them is that the pull out trundle bed that lives under the main bed has a permanently attached mattress to the base. This means you cannot tuck a sheet under the mattress. It is just laid over the top. This can cause issues in the night when a person turns over and rucks up the sheets. So for us, we always stay at South for the two double beds. I don't care that there is only a shower cubicle. In terms of location, they are pretty much opposite each other. You turn left into one Premier Inn car park and right for the other. And the price is fantastic, more money in my pocket to spend in Florida!

so we are a family of 4
From reading this south means 2 double beds (kids sharing and they are a nightmare sharing!) and north means a double bed and 2 singles? |
