I had this as well, tried various internet browsers. In the end I was able to book most of my reservations using Firefox.

Also, I phoned at 12pm on the dot to get brunch at Cali grill. It said the call would be 30 minutes but it was actually answered in 5 and she was able to get me a time that I couldn't see online/or on the app.

I did the same but for CG dinner. It said 90 mins but was only 20.

Only thing that’s not showing is Tony’s festival of fantasy parade (don’t think it’s loaded the dates yet?)

It worked on the website! managed to book everything i wanted... apart from that I (stupidly!) booked Beaches and Cream for today at 3pm instead of Aug 13th at 3pm, and now it wont let me change it without calling them! Am I going to be charged for cancelling? So annoyed with myself!

Maybe try rearranging it to a later date (maybe during your holiday) then cancel? To give you a bit more time?

Wee update I tried again to ring , and got through , put on hold for 30 mins but got bbb for 8.05am and crt for 10am for the day I wanted ! So happy now ! 😊

I got mine on the app but nothing showing for boathouse or California grill dinner. Also flying fish doesn’t appear to be taking bookings. These are later in the holiday though so will see what comes up and if not then ring.
