Confused about BA booking transfer?

hey all
I have def booked and paid for a transfer from MCO to a universal hotel.
This was through BA.
But I cannot find the booking etc
Anyone done this? I have no idea where to go at MCO to get my transfer?
Any info gratefully received

Never done this but if you can’t find your booking maybe send them a DM on Twitter or FB messenger instead of a lengthy phone call, double check your emails when you booked holiday or go in Manage my Booking

In Manage Your Booking there is a link to ‘print non-flight voucher’ it may be in there.
