I’ve had covid so where do I stand?

I had covid a the beginning of November
We are going to DLP on in a few days - 13th dec
Obviously I can’t take a pcr so what do I do?
I’m going with my adult daughter and she hasn’t had covid so she will have to have a pcr
Also when does she apply for the pcr to go to France is it 4 days before so the result is back within the 48 hrs before travel?

You can do a LFT for France done within 48 hours, the unvaccinated need to do it 24 hours before travel.
You then need a LFT back into the UK, then the day 2 PCR test once you get back. Phew I hope this is right?!🤞🏻

My daughter had Covid in October & after 2 weeks the LFT tests were all negative. We did a few around then to see if she would show on the test. If you’ve any in the house do a few to make sure.

I had Covid back in July… by day 10 I was testing negative on a lateral flow.

It won’t. Get some free LFT. You can order them online and test yourself for reassurance before you do an official one.

Trust me. I’ve tested twice a week since January on LFT. The only time I tested positive was for the 10-12 days when I was positive.

You absolutely will not test positive on a LFT this far since infection. (Unless you have somehow got it again - which you won’t have.)
