Now Tv - any suggestions?

We’ve got a bit bored with Netflix so I took a trial of NowTv yesterday so we could watch Boy Called Christmas. Which was lovely.

Anything else on NowTv worth a watch. We particularly like a good mystery box set.

Mare of Eastown is really good.

New season of Dexter if you were a fan.

I loved Ray Donovan but it’s not a mystery.

We have watched Mare. I think it was on Sky as well?

That’s exactly the sort of thing we like

Isn't Now just a streaming service for Sky - that's why we got it because it's the only way for us to get Sky Atlantic without getting full blown Sky (but I could be wrong here as I frequently am!). If you have Sky you might not find much you haven't already seen.

I think the cinema bit is different but possibly not the entertainment. We wanted to watch the boy called Christmas and we couldn’t get that on Sky hence I looked for a cheap deal for Now.

I paid £11 for 3 months for both entertainment and movies and so far we’ve found all the Harry potters and the boy called Christmas movie. So if that’s all we get it’s worth £11 but I hoped there might be more.

(Actually just realised we don’t have sky anymore we switched to virgin a few months ago. )

We’re Virgins too! I got Now a couple of months ago just to watch Dexter.

That’s the big difference between Sky and Virgin , Sky’s own productions (like A boy called Christmas ) and Atlantic and Witness are missing on Virgin in most cases.
Unless it’s only for a short period surely it’s more expensive to have both Virgin and pay for Now on top though. £28 for signature and cinema with a new Sky pack or good retentions deal versus whatever Virgin charge plus another £12 for Now on top?
