No, you would need to get a taxi ... Uber or Lyft would be cheapest.

Über or Lyft are the easiest way but the Lynx bus 50 to Sea World then transfer to a 8 or itrolley will also get you there.

Lynx bus $4.50 for an all day ticket or $2 each way with an included transfer (so you could get 50 to seaworld and then switch to the 8 and it would be classed as a single with transfer) for the sake fo 50c I would just get an all day ticket as you can then jump off on i-drive and have a look at the ridiculous tourist tat on sale nd you couldalso stop off at the pointe which has an excellent and very cheap tommy hilfiger shop

I always take the 50 Lynx bus to the Disney Transportation Centre when I stay at Vineland (you pick it up from SeaWorld) and there are several stops going through Disney Springs.

It's no distance at all - get an Uber.
If there are a few of you, it may even be cheaper than a bus. |

We used an outlet bus once (free) from the Swan or Dolphin, I can’t remember now but it took an absolute age to get there, at least an hour I seem to think. It picked up at a few non Disney hotels. We got an Uber back to Disney Springs and literally took minutes. So unless you have time on your hands then I wouldn’t bother.
