We have always found the food options at Universal to be a bit meh or overpriced.

Some good ones (Mythos, Tchoup Chop, Kitchen, QS at Jurassic Park / Krusty Burger / Harry Potter) but had a lot of average meals at most of the others.

Toothsome though - excellent! Great theme with the characters and the decor but most importantly the food was superb. The milkshakes were great but the highlight was the Bacon burger I had - beautiful beef patty and a pineapple / pork topping which worked wonderfully well together. Fries (chips!) were great too.

Loved it. Very impressed and it wasn't crazy expensive either. Favourite meal of our holiday.

We loved it too😆, we had dinner one evening, and then went back for lunch the next day 😊the chocolate bread was amazing with salted caramal butter which I still have cravings for! 😀😀

We also really liked it! The only thing I didn’t like was the screens everywhere. After over doing the simulators that day I couldn’t look at another screen 😂

I think we need to give this one another try. We went about 6 months after it had opened and both food and service were terrible (it was the worst meal of our holiday!).

I love the theming though so i'm glad to hear some positive reports and i'll put it back on the list!

3 visits and planning another, I love this place, food has always been good and the servers lovely but I had the same dessert twice because I couldn't believe I finished it the first time, Banana cream pie sundae, delicious but deadly, it's enormous, I wonder if could... ?

We are looking forward to going there on our next trip. Food sounds delicious. Going for three weeks this time so have more time to fit in restaurants we didn't manage on our last visit.

I will also say the character interactions are brilliant, especially if no children around the bar area upatairs😉
