I had a parcel like that from Pets at Home. Second delivery like it, nothing protected inside, all loose items and box way too big. The courier driver actually apologised and said it had collapsed as he'd picked it up as the box was so flimsy and the taped lid came off.

Contents were there in full though and it's difficult to break Kongs!

These are gingerbread candles I received from Home Bargains last weekend. To be fair they did seem reasonably well packed with bubble wrap round the box which was inside another box. As soon as I took this box out I could hear broken glass. Probably didn't help that they put 2 boxes like this in 1 box so it was very heavy. 1 box of 6 candles is fine, the other 6 at least 3 are smashed and the others had splinters of glass so have left for now. No call centre and a week later I'm waiting for a reply to my email. Luckily the box of reed diffusers I ordered for my mum seem to be ok.
