I ask a lot of my team but like to think I give back. For example, I’ve let people have a day off for a neighbours funeral, technically not family so should be holidays but the lady in question goes above an beyond all the time. That said just had our employee survey back, average satisfaction in the group is 72% my team are 88% 😊 |
