When does your tree go up?

we normally do it about the 10th but this year i'm doing it earlier. need some cheer! may do it 2nd which I think is the weekend.

Usually the 2nd weekend in December... this year it will be up earlier, I need some colour, lights and to change these 4 walls after shielding most of the year, except for going to work I'm in the house.

Will probably do it the last weekend of November, I'm usally away Christmas shopping that weekend, but thanks to Covid and the place being in total lockdown till the 1st December, I'll watch the Late Late Toy Show on the Friday, and maybe put the tree up on the Saturday.

1st of December normally, much to my husbands disgust!
Although this year I have told him it's going up mid November as I need some fairy lights in my life and something to look forward to 🎄

A week or so before Christmas here and always ready to take it down and clear the decks by January 2nd.

usually around the 1st of dec or the weekend closest to it however this year its already up and decorated for Halloween

My youngest has asd and every year as soon as he sees xmas stuff in the shops he starts asking when the tree can go up so I figured this year as I've had to say no to so much else and its something I could say yes too why not if it makes him happy. It not like anyone else is seeing it as we're not able to have visitors due to covid so might change the decs to a fireworks theme for Nov 5th then maybe do a thanksgiving theme and just keep it up till xmas

We always do Halloween trees. I’ve done ours today.

Hope your DS loves yours this year. Everyone needs things to make them happy this year.

Our Christmas tree goes up as near to the 1st Dec as possible. So will be going up the weekend before that this year. But lights out the front of the house won’t be on until the 1st.

Some time between the 3rd December (my Birthday) and the 14th December (my youngest daughter's Birthday). I've booked 3 weeks off work from the end of November so plenty of time to get everything sorted.
