My mum makes ours every year, shop bought isn’t quite the same as grandmas recipe!

I make about 4 medium size ones each year. 3 are gifts around family and a whole one for me 😋😋😋😋😋.
Just started drizzling rum over to allow a good soak before the marzipan cover. Ice it roughly a week before.
Love it with a nice slice of cheese which always seems a Yorkshire thing to me. My friends in Chesterfield think that’s so wrong 😂
