We are doing 2 connections too, Amsterdam and Detroit. The cheapest flights direct were over £300 more each. That pays for a big chunk of our park tickets and we arrive 2 hours later than the direct flight. Yes we are leaving slightly earlier but I think its worth it.

We are doing 2 stops in April but from our local airport.

Cost us £1080 for 4 flights so deffo worth the inconvenience.

OP I know what you mean I'm VERY tempted by the price of some 2 stop flights from our local airport for October half term but I'm hesitant as that trip would be just me and the 2 kids - DH says he's got to work... I'm working on him though!
If he doesn't come around I may do it anyway since those flights are cheaper than going to the canaries!

My thoughts exactly . Why pay the same price for Spain when you can go to Orlando just as cheap! We're going next Summer so plan on buying an annual pass for universal so thats that justified. 😂
