Booking hotel, tickets direct with Disney, reserving park days

Hi, we are looking at booking hotel and tickets direct with Disney but we are unsure when we are able to reserve our park days, will we have to wait till our balance is paid or will we be able to do it after we have paid our deposit, thank you for any advice

If booking as a package, you can reserve park days as soon as your booking links through to MDE. Don't have to wait to pay the balance.

I already have my 2022 days booked (for fun, not necessary this far out) and have only paid deposit.

just remember that to rebook a day you need to cancel the day first. This will probably not be an issue but bear this in mind if you are going over a very busy period.

I saw on the latest DFB news that some dates are now allowing you to modify to a new park rather than having to cancel and rebook
