Thank you so much, I know it will be worth it when I can pop round each day instead of seeing her once a week. She has just given her notice in to retire, so she has 2 months left at work then she can enjoy her new home and not working.

We are in our new house. We moved on 29th ...by midday the sellers solicitor had not released the contract to ours... however 30mins later and a million phone class from the estate agent and solicitor it was sorted and funds sent. We got the keys at 16.30. We put our house on the Markey on 2nd Aug so it has been fast for us. NEVER moving again!

After instructing solicitors on July 9th, they still haven't started searches. I want to cry. Was hoping to complete on Nov 25th. It's looking less and less likely by the day 😞

Good luck to everyone still in the process of moving. During our move it felt like I was the only one chasing and I would do this most days, I’m not sure if it helped to get it through. So if you aren’t chasing I would advise contacting them each week, otherwise I feel you get put to the bottom of the pile.

My mum is so happy with her new bungalow, unfortunately it does have a leak in the roof and the boiler wasn’t working but we are getting everything sorted for her.

Surely the survey should have picked that up , that's not a cheap fix , our survey is getting done on thursday so we are keeping everything crossed that it all values out ,then hopefully we can complete next week
