im not sure where you can make it in the UK, but its incredibly easy to make - a quick google will give loads of options... and its even easier if you use a pre-made pie crust.
I am not a fan of it myself, but my wife is. Every halloween we make one - I scrape out all the flesh before carving my pumpkins and use that.

As for the uk , its simple to make use a shortcrust base and side in a flan tin.
1 cup of condensed milk 1 can of pumkin mix and 1 table spoon of pumkin spice mix.

She said she used bought pastery and replaces fresh pumpkin with tinned (avalible at most supermarkets nowdays) replaced mixing spices by buying pumpkin spice mix and adding to taste
