Difficulties linking to MDE from a Travel Republic Disney ticket purchase

Does anyone else seen to be having difficulties with buying Disney passes through Travek Republic?

I did so and recieved email confirmation, but the reference included is not the right thing for MDE to link tickets.

I did try to call Disney but after 90 minutes listening to Its a Small World, I gave up.

Anyone else had this problem

Have you paid in full as your tickets may not have been issued yet if you haven't done so.
