We got a full refund on our 14day tickets last year which we bought direct from Disney however now looking to buy again for May 22 and can't seem to find if you get a full refund if you have to cancel

I think generally they are non refundable. During covid when parks were closed refunds seemed to be an exception. We booked ours through ATD and paid the extra £10 to make them fully cancellable for any reason.

We booked our 2020 tickets with Attraction Tickets and they were excellent, cancelled the tickets and put the cost towards our 2022 tickets.. I'd check with them to see what their policy is

Walt Disney Travel Company's Ts&Cs state the following:
"We do not give refunds for Ticket only Bookings". See here: disneyholidays/dow...D21%29%2Ep df (WDTC is who you buy the tickets from when using the UK Disneyworld website to buy your tickets). As mentioned above, they do allow you to exchange the tickets for new ones in a subsequent year and pay the difference in price.
