A few questions about staying at PI Manchester Airport - kids stuff and twilight check in

Hello,

I realised today it was only around £40 more to stay overnight at PI North at Manchester airport with T2 meet n greet than it is to just do meet n greet. So I’m thinking this will take some pressure off the morning scramble to the airport.

But I just have a couple of questions please.

1. Do they provide bed guards on request?

2. If we were to do twilight check in at Manchester, can we park for a short amount of time whilst we drop our bags off? If so where and how much is it?

Thanks!

I didn’t think Twilight check in was still available for America trips. Hope it is but I’m sure I read it wasn’t.

Oh. I thought it was a trial for the next few months? Maybe I got it wrong, I’m trying to think where I read it now

Virgin Atlantic are planning to introduce it at MAN as a trial, starting in a few weeks. They have been offering it at Gatwick for a few years now, I love it.

Didn't realise it was so soon, it is certainly a good option to have. It's one of the main reasons I use Gatwick

Ah yes just found it - starts tomorrow and runs until 31st May. Perfect. So how would we drop the bags off if staying at PI? Can you park near T2 for like 30 mins?

We’re flying Thomas Cook who used to do Sundown Check in but I don’t think that’s available at the moment as it seems to have ended in May 2018.

Am I right in assuming it’s just Virgin trialing it.
