To be fair it hasn't been easy and I have been trying since May..
I sent them a bit of a stroppy email about how long its taking and the fact its putting me off ever purchasing tickets from them ever again.

They came back really quickly with a bit of stroppy email back about being on Furlough, which on every email I sent sympathised on their situation.

I had to send over the names of the ticket holder, the email address of the Disney experience account it's linked too and the Disney ticket reference.
I sent the details over straight away then emailed again after no response after a few days.
I then got a email with a invoice to pay for the tickets, I checked DI and tickets had been updated..

I hope you get yours sorted soon as it is very stressful only having a email address for contact.

I know this is an old thread but I thought it was worth explaining how I successfully used the value of 14 day ultimate tickets purchased in 2019 through a 3rd party towards 2022 14 day tickets through Disney.

I had already added my tickets to MDE in 2020 before our trip was cancelled due to the pandemic so I couldn't get a refund from the 3rd party.

The number to dial is 0014079395277 (from the UK). This is an American number but I used a free trial of unlimited minutes to call America on Skype and it worked perfectly. You can cancel it as soon as you've had your call with Disney and it's all free. I had originally tried using Zipcall but it cuts you off after 2 hours and I was on hold for longer than that.

When asked what the call is about just say "Tickets".

Then it is option 4 for "I already have a ticket" and then option 1 for "I have an expired ticket".

I waited around 2.5 hours on hold at this point but when I did get through to someone they couldn't have been more helpful. It didn't matter that I purchased from a 3rd party. I gave my details, they had a record of my ticket, they told me it was $78 per ticket to change them to 2022 14 day ultimate tickets, I gave my card details, they took the money and the tickets were immediately showing in the Disney World app.

I've now been able to book park reservations in the app and it's all sorted.

I hope that helps someone!
