Have you contacted the company you bought your tickets from? They are the ones that will be able to advise you , I would bet that they will say no to extending them at this time, but they will look again a lot nearer to the expiry date, if travel isn’t allowed I’d guess they will extend them if flights are going I don’t think they will extend and you risk loosing money if you choose not to go

I have been told by AT that I can return my tickets for Disney and either 80% refund or pay the upgrade for next year. My ticket shows it ends 14/01/2022.

OA said about the same but said wait a month or two and Disney might extend the tickets.

I have tickets for both and my OA ticket is one that runs out end of sept 2021

so hanging on - more bothered about getting my holiday moved first.

ATD told me this morning that Universal have today extended all uk 2020 tickets to December 2022.

Cant find a link, but the customer services lady said it was on their internal notice board.

Actual Tickets for 2022 are not out and wont be for a wee while (apparently)

I hope this is true. Am considering moving my August trip to Easter 2022 (originally booked for August 2020).

I bought my tickets from Klook, so have messaged them to find out... 🤞

I've just sent back all of my tickets (bought for 2020) to Floridatix, and they are supplying replacements to cover 2022 - I just have to pay the difference in price (for me, there is none)

Continuing this thread as my question is related. Got a timeline for you to give context:

- Jan 2020: bought WDW 14-day Ultimate Tickets via fantastic Klook offer; intending to travel in 2020
- GLOBAL PANDEMIC; Holiday cancelled :-(
- Klook informed me that Disney tickets were auto-extended to 30 Sep 2021 (confirmed in MDE app)
- Holiday re-booked for July 2022 due to family concerns about travelling this year.

I’m currently attempting to extend the validity of my tickets. Klook customer help didn’t help much and explained I should be able to contact Disney and pay the difference.
Disney helpline said they cannot help because tickets were bought via third party, so go back to Klook.

I feel stuck now - tickets have not expired yet but they’re close. All I want to do is pay to extend them(!) but don’t know how to proceed. Any tips?

We are in the same boat. I messaged Disney Ticketing and had a response to say they might be able to look at extended if a pay the difference but would need the information from when I brought them. I had explained that I had brought them from a third party but got the impression they hadn’t picked up on that. I decided before I tried to take it further with Disney I would reach out to Klook. I e-mailed on the 12th July and about 15 e-mails later I am no further forward. I have asked to pay the difference to make them 2022 tickets but don’t seem to be getting anywhere! I will keep this thread posted of any developments.

Thanks - yes, Klook have agreed to take it away and make enquiries again for me based on the response from Disney Customer Service. I have requested a refund from Klook on the basis I buy 2022 tix from them too…. Will keep you posted but I’m getting nervous as we approach 30 Sep!

I have been asking them so far about me paying the extra to make them 2022 tickets, but I have now asked about a refund ? If I don’t get a definite response one way or the other then I will contact Disney directly again and see what they say. If we can keep each other up to date that would be good.
