tUI ticket reservation -linking to MDE

Hi

So holiday booked with TUi and tickets bought to get the dining credit. The TUi instructions say put your booking reference in to link and select park reservations but MDE does not like the booking number. anyone else managed to link - do I need to call Disney or TUI do you think?
