How to buy tickets on the US website

Hiya.

So, maybe we are going to WDW in December after all. Thoughts have turned to tickets and we will only want to visit for 2/3/4 days (TBC) as we are only over for 7 nights, and we won't be paying £459 each for that.

I know there are good sellers with websites but my preference is to use the Disney official site in the US. A few years ago we successfully bought that special ticket where you could visit each park once on the US site. But of course, normally the site tries to bounce you over to WDTC UK to buy £459 tickets, so it feels like sheer luck to go to and stay on the right site.

Can anyone walk me through foolproof steps? No VPN or anything like that.

Many thanks!

The only way on the website now is through a VPN, they removed the change country option. So if you don't want to use one, your best option is one of the third party sellers.

Although you might be able to do it through the app. When I go to purchase tickets there, it shows US pricing. Haven't tried completing the purchase to know if it redirects to web though.

I ordered from Orlando Attractions earlier this week. The ticket email was sent to me in a few hours and I've linked them to MDE and booked park days. I'd recommend them based on my experience so far.

My issue with the VPN isn't that I don't want to, it's that last time I tried the website rejected me altogether, I could have sworn it said 'we have detected that you are using a VPN' or something.

Maybe I am remembering wrong. Maybe I just have another go with that first.

Thanks

You can buy them through the MDE app so no need to use a VPN. I bought a day ticket a while back with no issues.
