Have seen the adverts for this and wondered if it was like the tubes of ‘butter’ Singapore airline used on our flights to New Zealand. I did use them as the roll was a little dry but not impressed. You can’t beat real butter or if using a spread Lurpak

It's really enlightening and gives a massive insight in to food processing including oils, spreads etc as well as additives. When I started the book, with the introduction, I found it all a bit medical for me liking but that soon passes and I found it really fascinating.

I believe he did a TV show based on this book (or vice versa) and I watched that. I still spread vegetable oils on my sandwiches and eat processed foods (sandwiches, cakes, fast food, etc) when out and about.
