Received Two Virgin Reward Vouchers in 12 months - what’s going on?

We got sent and used our annual Virgin+ CC reward voucher in June 2024.
Our roll over date is in November.
Husband just received an email telling us we have received another Virgin+ CC reward voucher but we haven’t spent £10K in a month.
Anyone any ideas what’s going on?

Virgin IT is very flaky and sometimes it works in our favour - just take the win and move on

I've used the same voucher 3 times now as it's never been taken off. Say nothing and crack on.

Twice for me, and then they added double the points this time 😂 but did redeem it.

That happened to me a couple of years ago, it was an error and sent too early. We were able to use it but didn’t get another when it was due.

This happened to me as well! I do have 2 cards but I know I haven't spent 20k on my free card. It's a shame I won't really be able to use it.

a voucher now, it changed last month, gets you 75,000 miles off a companion seat or an upgrade of one class (econ-> PE or PE_> UC)
Unless you are a silver or Gold member when you get 150,000 miles

We had points and taxes refunded for a flight we took once. It was upper too. I agree, say nothing and move on.
