I have just over 100k points and a reward voucher. If I closed my credit card, can I still use these? I presume so as they are in my virgin Atlantic flying club account?

Thanks yeah if I'd have known they were going to charge the fee after 11 months I'd have done that. They were really awkward about refunding the annual fee too

I used the post travel feedback form on their website (under compliments and complaints). Even thought it wasn’t directly about a flight it seems they still received the feedback.
