I think it was almost a week.

I downgraded almost three weeks ago and no sign of an extra voucher, either they have fixed the glitch or having an existing voucher stopped the additional one or small chance it'll still turn up but looking unlikely.

I had an existing one. They’ve probably fixed it. Had you definitely spent £20k?

Yeap, double checked before doing the downgrade, wasn't much over the 20k, but was definitely over it. Would of been nice to get the extra voucher but decided I was downgrading the card regardless.

Just when I've given up on the chances of an extra voucher appearing in my account, just logged in to find one sat there which was issued yesterday apparently.

I'm going to downgrade my card but as I have some large expenses coming up and the paid card gives you more airmiles I figure that I'm better off doing it after those expenses.
