Help with MPC App
Not used this for a year so filling it in for next week. Have a new passport so scanned it in and filled in the declaration. However when I look at my Personal Details it says below my name ...
Modifications Disabled This person is included on a prepared or completed submission. You cannot make modifications until the associated submission has been deleted. When I first saw this I deleted everything and started from scratch but it's still there. Tried googling but couldn't find the answer so hoping someone here can help me out please ?! Thanks

Hi, assuming you've deleted any submission started and deleted the document from your profile and added the new document to your profile and it still doesn't work.. I think my next step would be to delete the app and reinstall.
Other than that i'm not sure!

I guess not…… we’ve done one trip using it, won’t be using again until next year. By which time daughter will have a new passport so will need to update her profile.

As Bondy says, delete the app and do again. I had to delete 3 times last year as it kept changing our DOB's eventually had to put an incorrect day in in order to get the correct day!
