Paperwork for the airport/ holiday

Hi all

It's been awhile since I have been on holiday, with this in mind I'm beginning to stress about what I need. Can I print boarding passes as my phone is pants? Also I have estas and travel insurance printed, I will have a copy of prescriptions nearer the time.

What am I missing?

I’ve always been given boarding passes at check in on an international flight. I never print them.

Oh I'm old school and I print everything ... have you got a printed copy of your passports ...i also done a copy of our park tickets incase i lost them

Also do copy’s of your passports just in case u want an alcoholic drink and they ask for ID just show this and your driving licence.

Old school here so print everything. You never know when they might have a power outage 😕

Collect boarding pass at airport but check in online at 24 hours before.

Just in case it helps you to tick things off... I use this as a check list for DIY, I'll list them in order of how I have the paperwork/print outs in my folder:

Spending money/ more than 1 credit card
Passport
Carparking
Overnight hotel at the airport
Lounge/premium security
MPC instructions so I can start to prepopulate the app before arrival at MCO
Flight details
Seat booking
ESTA
Airport transfer details or ride share app downloaded
Hotel
Any relevant info e.g. dining plan, gift card
Return plane journey details
Copy of passport
Copy of car insurance
Copy of holiday insurance
Copy of car breakdown info
A day by day plan, as we tend to move hotels/destinations.
Copy of flight cancellation policies/UK law. BA duty office number/email

Also access to the following via Google Docs or a print out:

Padlock numbers of the suitcases
Phone codes for calling he UK
Hotel address
ESTA & passport number
Log in / passwords & emergency numbers for banking
Log in and password for mobile phone account
UK doctor details & NHS number/NHS app
Contact details of the dog kennels
