Mobile Can you help?

I wasn't sure if this would come under trip planning, accommodation or tickets. We arrive in florida on the 5th of August (if we can fly). Booked RPR and tickets through the dibb code at the top with ATD for the 15th to the 19th. My question is (as they're busy and not answering my email yet) are my tickets just for those 5 days or are they for two weeks i.e. could I start using them from the 6th? X x

tickets start on the first time you enter a park

what kind of ticket did you purchase ?

if you purchased a 5 days ticket, you will need to use them all within 7 days of first entry, so if you use them on the 6th they will no longer be valid after the 13th, regardless if you've used all 5 days of entry or not

if you purchased Explorer tickets, they're good for 14 consecutive days of entry, and barring a restriction of your package, you should be able to use them from the 6th on

now, don't get your hopes up too high, we were supposed to fly on the 8th and we know it's not happening
when you manage to reach ATD make sure you enquire about getting refunds if it comes to that
