Wow, what a fantastic trip.
Peter and I like to read trippies aloud to each other (weird? us?) and Peter thought he had the thin end of the wedge having to read all the names in Day 11. That was until I got to the bit about the food court in Day 12...!

Well what a shame this trip report is finished

Tokyo trip
Thank you for your trip report it was loveley. I lived in Tokyo quite a few years ago and am working on a trip next year in June .A special trip for my eldest sons 21st .So far we have 9 days Japan 4 days Hong Kong and 4 days Singapore. We are getting a Japan train pass to go to Kobe , Nagasaki, Kyoto, Yokohama, and Hiroshima. We may have to add extra days as like to spend 4 days Disney and a day at Fuji and around Tokyo .You mentioned you got Manga comics were they in English translation .We want to go to the Pokémon centre and all the Akihabara gaming shops have great selection of old video games. I am working so hard to pay off debt so we can go.

Unfortunately the Manga comics were not in English but that wouldn't bother myfriend. he's a huge fan.
We raelly enjoyed Japan. Tokyo was not what we expected. Above all- it was the manners of evrbody that impressed us most. Shame we can't import some of it over here. Glad you enjoyed the report. We hope to return in 2015 and explore the country some more. |

Just finished reading the whole report Geoff, thoroughly enjoyed it and its given us some great tips for our trip to japan/malaysia which is currently in the planning for this october!

I wonder why because when I asked my son that he will be 18 on his birthday. he said he want go to Japan.. I asked him why Japan.. so I looked up on internet and read your story mmm...he want to see something different... Scottishwee35
