This has been our experience, at the Beach Club, Boardwalk and Contemporary, all without reservations 🙂

This wasn’t our experience at BCV last month. Both our B&C and Cape May reservations were checked. Without them, we wouldn’t have been let in, told by the security guy.

Well i would be speaking to guest services requesting why this has occurred because this is not policy unless security suspect you are going to park and then go to a park.

It didn’t bother us. We were parking there legitimately. Having stayed at BCV on numerous occasions, we’re pleased with the parking restrictions.

At AKL you have to go in via security who want to know if you have an ADR as quite a lot of people do come to eat there. But there is also a time limit if you are. Unless all that has changed since 2016. Pretty poor if your staying at a hotel and cant get a car park space because they taken with people just coming for a look round, or park there and get the bus into one of the parks for the day !

Last year when we stayed we were able to hit a left immediately after entering resort and head towards convention centre without issue. Entered resort facilities via there.

Only encountered security when going straight on and even turning right toward the rooms the barrier was up 75% of the time.

Not sure if security will be moved once tower is built, but was VERY surprised how freely people could come and go without being challenged.

At both the Contemporary and Beach Club when we explained that we were going to have lunch then look around, we were told not to worry about the 3 hours. And on a separate occasion at the BC we were visiting a Epcot after so DH asked about valet parking and security told him not to worry and to leave the car there 🙂 Maybe it’s only at very busy times they refuse? Or more obviously when the car park is full, that they refuse parking.
