Mobile Hollywood studios hitting capacity once GE opens

So we have plans to do MK on our first morning (sept 7th) and then HS in the evening, is there a chance that it might hit capacity at all and we wouldn’t get into the park later on in the day? I’m just wondering if we should just do our HS days early and other parks in the evening.

I’m not sure about HS reaching capacity, but GE area yes more likely. If it’s GE that’s your priority then yes probably best to go there first. And of course it’s open from 6am so you can take advantage of waking up at silly o’clock 🙂 We are going a bit later than you and will visit HS in the morning and other parks in the afternoon 🙂 I hope you have a fantastic holiday 🙂

You are going within the first week of opening and around the Labour Day holiday so I’d say there is definitely a chance of capacity.

There is a phased closure system of course. Do you plan an ADR there? That takes you into the final phase before full close.

I presume it’s not your only planned visit so won’t be disastrous if it is..I’d just have an alternative plan in case.

I’m going in October and am planning to go to HS on the first day and get there for 6am. Any further GE visits will be a bonus

We haven’t got any Adrs for HS but are hoping to get there early on our second morning so hopefully we should be ok, and plan evenings around other parks , thanks

We’re staying off-site, but have a night at the CBR on 17th Sept and hoping the Skyliner is up and running by then.
Plan so far is AK on 17th, then up early and hit DHS using the Skyliner on the 18th. Hopefully we’ll be able to get some fast passes for the likes of slinky dog/toy story mania for later in the day. Leaving SWGE for the AM, if it’s possible.
We did book an ADR in the 50s diner mid afternoon so we have an ADR too.

I’m not sure I’d risk trying to go to DHS later in the day, a week after it’s just opened.

There’s still a chance they’ll also implement a booking system like in DL.
