Thanks for posting, just checked and our flight in October has changed...We are a family of 3 (this trip) so no issue with seats. We were a 2 + 1 behind we are now in a window row of 3.

By fluke checked my booking todays and outbound changed to 787-9 which has 3-3-3 configuration in economy, and we had been allocated seats in D and G so the centre with someone in between us!
No email notification of the change and annoyed our seats were separated however managed to change them so sat together
Thought I would pass on the info in case anyone else impacted.
Thank you for bringing this up, I’ve checked our August booking and our flight is affected so I’ve changed our seating arrangement we were 2 and 2 but now 3 and 1 of a 3 🙈
Thank you for making me aware, Becky x

Thanks for posting this...saw someone further down mention the same had happened to them and they coincidentally mentioned their flight date, which was the same as mine! Fortunately I managed to get on the website and get our party of 7 back together, as we had been put as 6 together and then one about 5 rows back on his own!

I’m seriously considering using this route for Easter next year.

I’ve made a ‘dummy’ booking and the seating plan is still showing the A330-300 and not the Dreamliner. I wonder if this plane switch is temporary?
