Most places refill but not all places were able to reactivate another day. I queued up 20 minutes to find this out!

If your old cup which has a chip stops working they do replace it for you too.
However the cups dont fit into the lockers so you have to empty them or else they drip into the locker below

We bought a Minion cup last year and wondered if we take it back can we use that again for refills or not. I only bought it because I just loved the cup!

Am I right in thinking that if you buy the Halloween horror nights cup you pay a one off fee of say 30usd but then have free refills for the full trip?

Some cups are not part of the freestyle drinks. Was it refillable then?

Funnily enough... I emailed UStudios with the very same question yesterday as I had a HHN 25th Anniversary one from 3 yrs ago. They replied and said that yes, any old refillable mug ( with a chip ) can be taken back and pay to have it reactivated. If the cup is old and the chip does not work , they will exchange it for one that does. I bought a new one last year so will be taking that back this year

4 days in NYC for my birthday yay !

Yes, the freestyle machines have all sorts of different variations of soft drinks in them
