MDE losing linked tickets

Has anybody else checked MDE for their upcoming trip to find their park tickets have gone? We booked direct through Disney travel company. Our 60 day window is next week and we only have 1 out of 3 tickets still linked. What is going on? I have called the help desk and all I got was a we will look into it

Do you know I just looked at ours and the park passes are gone there too? We're a lot further away from going than you mind you but it's a funny blip if it's only affecting random bookings!
I was thinking maybe giving it a day or two and getting in touch if they haven't reappeared by then.

Same here lost mine, wife's and sons ultimate tickets but still have our hotel and separate mvmcp tickets but my parents have all there stuff I try to re-link the tickets but it says I need to accept with I do then it says sorry try again later or call on the 407 number

It must be a problem their end then. I’m sure they will sort it out.

Yes it looks like mine has disappeared but my sisters is there. MDE is notoriously glitchy.
