Mobile Here now - using my landrys card on DDP

We have no adr for tonight and are thinking about trex or rainforest at DS... I have $50 credit on my card and was going to use a TS credit; can I use my card for tip and a cocktail? Do I have to use it all in one go or can I spread it across 2 visits?
TIA!

I don't think you can use it for the tip but should be able to use it for drinks. Or if you have a starter.

We went in April and wanted to use dp for food and Landrys for drinks. We asked before and our server said this wasn't okay, but when it came to paying it turned out we couldn't use the card for drinks. I asked to speak to the manager as we were told before hand we could so it wasn't our fault so they honoured it but I'm guessing the answer to drinks is no

Pretty much a No to both questions.

Some have managed to pay for drinks with it, albeit after heated discussions with staff ... but you definitely can't use it to pay tips.

Also remember it gets charged in $25 increments so if you spend $26 that's your $50 gone...

There are some states it doesn't allow you to use the credit for alcohol but the website doesn't state which ones. Obviously Florida is one.

Either way use your card to get seated, personally with a $50 credit I would use the card & then save the TS credit for another day. Your credit expires after 12 months so it's a case of use it or lose it.

If going to Universal you could always use the credit at Bubba Gumps
