MK 2pm parade
Hi
We have dining reservations at The Plaza Restaurant at 2.20 (only time we could get) but as the parade is at 2pm, will it be impossible to watch? How long does it last? We've never watched a parade before so I'm clueless on how long it takes or where to stand! (and we don't want to pitch up an hour before for a good spot!) Thank you.

The parade is about 15 minutes long, but it probably takes about that long to reach Main Street, since it starts at the side of Frontierland.
I would say you could stand on the corner of Main Street and make it to your reservation only slightly late BUT that's a pretty popular spot to stand so you'd probably have to get there early. It's quieter in Frontierland but you'd then have to get across to the Plaza behind the parade which would be slow going. If you've only got one MK afternoon, I would choose the parade over the ADR. |

That's a tricky one... if you stand by the Plaza the parade won't get to you until at least 2:15, and then it'll be a 15 minute watch...
However, if you watch it from Frontierland, you will be done by 2:15 but your route to the plaza will be blocked by the parade unless you go all the way round through Fantasyland and Tomorrowland and en weave your way down that side of Main Street. Definitely watch the parade though, they are usually pretty good at accommodating late arrivals for reservations.
