We hope you’re looking forward to your stay at the Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge in Walt Disney World Resort. Before you go, we wanted to update you with some information about your holiday.







The US Department of Homeland Security has announced that it is to begin implementing separate enhanced security screening procedures for all commercial flights to the US. This means that customers travelling to the USA may now be subject to questioning by security staff at check-in.







As a result of this, we are unfortunately unable to offer day before check-in for TUI Airways flights at Birmingham, Gatwick and Manchester airports for any customers travelling to Sanford, Florida. We have, however, organised dedicated check in areas which will open a minimum of three hours prior to departure for these flights at these airports.







Rest assured, nothing else has changed to your holiday details and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.

That answers my question then. I’ve been unable to check in this morning even though it says check in is open. Thanks for posting
