Walking from yacht club to akershus pre park opening

Just got a last minute 8.25 adr for breakfast at akershus. We are staying at the yacht club, will the international gate way entrance be open early for people with adr's?the park opens at 9 this day. If it is open how long do we need to allow to walk there?

Yes, the IG will admit breakfast guests early. Allow 20 mins for a gentle stroll.

We have an early garden grill breakfast reservation and staying at the Boardwalk. I rang DVC, Disney services who make the ADRs and asked here at concierge to make sure we could get in as its a nightmare to get to the front of EPCOT early. They all said yes so hopefully we will both be fine 😀

It's no problem. You walk to international gateway, they will let you in and there is a cast member st the top of the hill near the bridge stopping you from entering the park. If you give them your ADR details they let you in early.

It's much quieter at the International Gateway and walking around is quite pleasant.
