My daughter, who is 16, and I often share meals but you won't get any of my DH's 😀.
Pinocchios village house serve salad with pasta so plenty for 2 of us, as are flatbreads and pizzas everywhere. Breakfasts at resort hotels are often big enough to share, as are pastries. Elephant ears at AK are tasty but we always share one. At Universal, we shared pizza slice served with a breadstick at Cafe Four. We also shared chicken meal at Monster's Cafe by buying a side salad for my daughter and sharing my chicken (as there were 2 huge pieces of chicken) Hot Dog Hall of Fame hot dog meals are big enough to share too. We don't share to save money, we just find we can't eat huge meals in the heat. We are on ddp next year and I am sure we won't use all the credits 😀. I guess we can eat lots of ice creams |

An adult's portion of chicken nuggets and fries will serve 2 children, but is not quite enough for 2 10+/teens. I should imagine that 2 between 3 would be fine, though.
In general we haven't found a lot of our meals big enough to share. If we're not that hungry we just get a snack and save the credit for something else. Flatbreads can be shared if you have some sort of side as well, but we don't tend to have big breakfasts so are really for a good sized lunch if we're on a park day.

Peco Bills in Magic Kingdom for sure... the meals were huge and there was a lovely cart for you to add extras too. We loved it and went there twice last year.
