Cheers for the help people, I totally understand where you are all coming from, I just find it totally unacceptable that they can just cancel my flight not tell me & think it's okay, we want to sit together on the plane & not be dotted around hence why I paid for my seats, these seats in the bubble were booked LAST November!

Seems to me after reading another thread that Florida Masters seem to do what they want when they want.

So have they put you on another flight with new flight times or cancelled and rebooked you on same flight?

If it’s the latter, I would want the difference refunded. How dare they cancel your flights and re book pocketing the money. Should be a law against that. Wrong.

They cancelled & re booked me on the same flight! New reference number (which I got from VA as old 1 wasn't working) & lost our seats on dibbers row in the bubble! I've worked out that they have pocketed around £1,000 due to cancelling & re booking the flights...

I get if the there was a change of aircraft or the airline bumped you out of your seats because they were needed.. But to cancel your flight and re-book you on the same flight is wrong, I can see know logical reason for this unless it was for a monetary gain for themselves.
To also not contact you of this change is also wrong. Companies should not be allowed to do this.

I also understand when you have told the children about the bubble how exciting it is for them.
We took our Grandchildren in Apr/May and had bubble seats they where so excited to be sitting upstairs. But on a softer note I think had we just got on the plane with know bubble seats they would of been just as excited, Just the thought of my Granddaughter meeting a real princess was enough to be excited about. So I reckon the children will be ok, With or without the bubble seats. But I get your frustration as it is totally wrong.
You have every right to call them and ask them how they are going to put it right, And also the biggest question is why they did what they did.
I hope you get a good outcome Just a little pixie dust to help.
Also amazing 25 years since your kidney transplant, Know wonder you are celebrating its wonderful to here of successful transplants.

Thank you so much for your well wishes, as you can imagine I'm not best pleased, the fact that nobody even bothered to let me know I've got a new reference number so that I could at least try & get my seats back again...

I'm on my holiday in Wales visiting my in laws at the moment, I really didn't need this at the moment.

I'd be furious too! Please don't let it spoil your holiday though, like you say, you'll just avoid them in the future. I hope you have a great time!

I'd be asking them to refund the cost of the seats , they could see they were there ... although personally I don't like the bubble as I find it a bit claustrophobic ... but I know it's loved by many dibbers .

This is absolutely shocking! Really hope you get this sorted today.
Makes me think that they must do this all the time and you’ve caught them out being organised and booking flight seats.

Hi, i would be gutted too but unfortunately you're not guaranteed certain seats on the plane even if pre booked and paid.
It's happened to us in the past where they have changed aircraft.
