I'm sure it won't be long now before some DIBB old-timer says "Where's Mick and his toll plaza photos?"

Well here's one courtesy of Google Streetview. First toll on the 417 south after you've left MCO. Nothing for the north exit though as most Dibbers seem to ask for routes to Davenport.

As Ian says Google Maps does all sorts of things - just take screen shot and away you go. I'm 72 and have just mastered the technology.

There was a recent Dibber said they'd missed these signs and driven through the left side Sunpass lane when they meant to pay cash (right hand lane). About a mile ahead of this sign there's an advance warning saying exactly the same thing.

To miss the "pay cash" lane I guess they were tanking along at 80mph in lane 3.

Hi. Just a follow-up question. When using the Sand Lake road route, if it is unmanned, do I need to put quarters in the machine, or will it take dollar bills as well?

If it's like any other unmanned tolls you have to use coins. It weighs them I guess. I always use quarters but some Dibbers say they use nickels and dimes as well.

First toll will be manned, Just give them a $20 or less and ask for change. You'll get a handful of quarters.

Gadgey - I think James meant the Sand Lake toll - as Carolyn said there's only one toll on there now, an unmanned toll at $1.75, James will need to find coins afore hitting that toll road.
