I've just checked in one of my customers with no error message... has it been resolved?

I just tried again using Chrome and it worked. The print says go to the desk for agreement and keys but I’m hoping to use the kiosk to speed things up

If you're arriving at MCO, just go straight to the garage. If you're arriving at SFB, then you'd need to visit the desk or use the kiosk.

Keys are in the vehicles.

So you've got your bar code and I assume Norwegian go into MCO?

Go straight to the garage and pick your own car. Either garage A or B. The keys will be in the ignition or on the sun visor.

Just retried it still didn't work on chrome but tried Edge and seemed to go through OK.

That's weird - Edge didn't work for me a few weeks ago.

Alamo STC is worth waiting for though.

We checked in yesterday and had no problems, booked through Auto Europe.

I had same system error this morning completing online checking. Tried again thi afternoon and all ok.
