All the parking options are here.

When we meet our daughters we park in the multi-storey above the car hire garage on side B. We then sit in the walkway between the monorail 4 and the main concourse. We can see all the arrivals off the monorail and they can see us.

The car park next to the terminal. Alternatively, you can park in the cell phone lot a few minutes away and they can call you when you arrive. We've always used the car park, its easy.

When I picked up our children a couple of years ago and DH earlier this year I parked in the multi-storey and waited in the concourse from the monorail to the main area. There are a few benches there so you can seat and wait.

I also grabbed a Starbucks coffee from by the kiosk that opened by the car hire desks earlier this year.

Do you mean leave it and walk to the terminal? I assume you've looked where they are in the web site that I linked?

I completely agree with Mick. When we had to drop OH at MCO because she could only be with us a week we parked in the "side b" car park and it worked well.
